I offer comprehensive program evaluation services to support organizations in achieving their goals and demonstrating their impact. My services include Theory of Change Development, helping organizations articulate how and why a desired change is expected to happen in a particular context.
I specialize in Logic Model Development, creating visual representations of the relationships between program resources, activities, outputs, and outcomes. Engaging stakeholders is a key component of my approach, ensuring their perspectives are considered and building buy-in for evaluation findings and recommendations.
I assist in Evaluation Planning, outlining the purpose, scope, methodology, and timeline for evaluations, and offer expertise in various types of evaluation, including formative, summative, process, impact, and utilization-focused evaluations. My Data Collection and Analysis services encompass designing and implementing methods such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and observations, as well as analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data.
I establish monitoring frameworks to track program implementation and progress continuously and produce comprehensive reports that summarize findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Additionally, I provide Capacity Building and Training Services to enhance organizational evaluation skills, including Logic Model Training and documentation for program evaluation training.
My Program Development Services extend to grant writing support, literature review development to support evidence-based practice, and designing and developing program objectives and activities. I also offer group/program facilitation training to support staff in effective implementation and facilitation skills.
